In addition to becoming CTI’s CFO and to show my commitment to its success, I purchased a portion of the company in December 2010. While at CTI, my accomplishments included: • Negotiating a significant credit line and restructuring company debt.• Negotiating and finalizing the acquisition of a major competitor.• Negotiated three joint venture transactions with Chinese factories, which resulted in a stable group of new distribution customers, as well as establishing exclusive, high quality manufacturing factories. • Leading the transition of the Company’s operating hub in Hong Kong, including the structuring of legal, tax and finance strategies.• Implementing a new bank line in Hong Kong, allowing for inventory financing in mainland China and other support needs.• Established a European corporate office.
