Formerly Alpha Vision - B2B Sales. Working to obtain and retain clients in the marketing and IT departments of local, regional, and national homebuilders throughout the United States and Canada through in-person and virtual discussions with C-level, VPs, and Directors of their respective departments. Products offered are interactive marketing tools used on the clients’ website and in their sales centers and/or during virtual conversations with interested new homebuyers. I spearheaded efforts that consistently produced year over year increases in sales and revenues.

B2B Sales. Working within the homebuilder industry to provide renderings, animations, and interactive marketing solutions to local and regional homebuilders, mostly in the Midwest and Southern portions of the United States.

B2C Sales. Working with both buyers and sellers to buy and sell residential real estate. Became an expert in helping families to navigate the difficult decision between keeping their homes or selling through a short sale process in lieu of forclosure.

B2B Sales. We provided renderings and animations to homebuilders and condo developers. I established a base of business in various regions throughout the United States and then hired, trained, and managed regional sales managers to maintain and grow those regions. I was instrumental in building the company from 6 employees when I started to over 50 in a matter of 5 years and increasing sales from just over $400,000 in revenue to over $8,000,000 in that same time period.
