As CFO, I helped lead the company through the 2001-2003 recession and to our subsequent doubling of revenue with significant increases in margin. My responsibilities included financial strategy, capital markets, capital investment, global and North American acquisition support and integration, SEC reporting, global treasury and taxation, investor relations (IR) and oversight of corporate-wide information technology (IT).
