Richard has more than 30 years of experience in the organizational development, energy and telecom fields. All of this experience has included hiring and developing personnel. Six years was spent in the international arena, with project work and extensive travel to South America, Asia and Europe. In addition to the HR area Richard has experience in engineering, analytical, information systems, project development and finance positions, plus executive positions and management committees.
