Coordinate the rehabilitation of home for the less fortunate homeowners of tge Tampa Bay area. This includes the assessment of the work to be performed, the estimated cost of repairs and the creation of a Statement of Work. Once a funding source is is assigned, locate contractors through a bid process, award contractors and monitor work. Monitor any changes in cost and time in the projects to ensure they do not violate any conditions set forth by the funder.upon completion of work receive invoices and related required documents, ensure work is completed to the specifications of the contract then process the invoice to accounting. maintain records of projects by contractor to ensure they are completed according to the timeline in the contract. maintain records by the funding source by number of projects, cost, and items repaired.
