Richard Phan is a Soldermask Operator at TTM Technologies. Colleagues describe him as "Richard and I met during the TuffyHacks 2021 pre-event to meet other students participating in the event. When I first met with Richard, we shared a common interest in game development projects as computer science students and wanted to create a rhythm game for our hackathon submission. Working with Richard has made my hackathon experience a blast since we both made meaningful contributions to the project and ensured that everything suited our initial plan. Without his efforts, this project would have been much more difficult to accomplish. He also showed a ton of dedication by staying up for the night to ensure that we met the submission deadline for the event so that participants in the event can see our hard work. I think Richard is a great person to work with and will make it far in the career he pursues!"
