The self-contained applied finance centre www.mafc.mq.edu.au and graduate management school www.mgsm.edu.au were added into scope and delivered with the same framework and platform.The starting position was numerous independent siloed websites on different platforms with unclear ownership and no catalogues of information in these sites. Contradiction and duplication were common.The project spanned the entire University, plus the majority of the University owned entities.It was characterised by large scale change management, and agile execution which evolved as the unknowns were quantified and the user expectations researched.
