This role at Leadership Success is to facilitate accredited and non-accredited modules or complete management programs as well as fully customised learning programs that target the specific needs of an organisation. The programs are Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Diploma of Management. The programs provide increased focus on leadership and introduce key concepts that will drive a leader to take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes. In addition to the facilitation, I also assess Cert IV and Diploma programs and provide one to one coaching to a wide and diverse range of client groups. This role is responsible for the forecasting, scheduling, delivery and design of all classroom training initiatives for Credit Card Operations and Collections in the Brisbane call centre. In addition to the classroom facilitation of leadership and soft skill programs the role is responsible for the ongoing management and development of training officers, locally and cross site. Key achievements include:- Facilitating Leadership and Management qualifications, endorsed by the QLD State Government, assessed by an external RTO.- Upscale training involving financial in house software packages, on going mentoring and career coaching.- Strengthened product, technical and customer focused training design, implementation and consolidation so that training contributed to stronger employee capability through engaged and exciting learning solutions. - Established and fostered stakeholder relationships using L&D expertise to drive support, coaching and improvement for ongoing staff development.

This role is responsible for the delivery and design of all classroom training initiatives for Credit Card Operations and Collections in the Brisbane call centre. Key achievements include:- Delivering Induction training based on tactical forecasts, coaching, and continuously seeking improvement opportunities for GE's Growth.- Facilitating Up Skill training programs within Collections, Lending and New Accounts adhering to compliance regulations 100%.- Instructional design of several Core Leadership programs and start up projects, including QRG and Instructional guides (Facilitator and Learner).

Lead, coach and develop a multi skilled, front end Credit Card Operations Team. Responsibilities included passionately delivering a team coaching culture that encouraged empowerment, growth and self development. In addition the role provides support and strategic insight into process improvements, designed to influence a positive outcome for the customers that are serviced.
