Day to day management of sales area comprising: Central, North and East London, Kent, East Sussex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex through to Norfolk and Suffolk.Apply technical knowledge of illbruck products to the design process at all levels to ensure that the most effective AND cost effective solution is specified and the correct products and sizes are procured. Carry out site visits, toolbox talks, audits and inspections of installations using our materials and provide all necessary support to Architects, Main Contractors and Subcontractors.Manage sales area key accounts and ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all customers. Support other team members as required and especially when customers overlap sales areas.Acted as company point of contact for the SHIFT Programme where illbruck are Corporate Partners for 2015/16 and responsible for increasing our product exposure through presenting technical product articles to Housing Associations and speaking at the upcoming conferences in London and Manchester.Carry out the Window Interfaces CPD to Architects and other parties concerned
