Represented clients in a variety of tribunals including the High Court, Court of Appeal, Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, UK Intellectual Property Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Experience of a wide range of technologies which, coupled with a background in chemistry, complements a buoyant patent practice. Also widely recognised for work in the fashion and luxury retail sectors, speaking regularly on such issues as anti counterfeiting and comparative advertising. Extensive experience of emergency procedures (interim injunctions, including proprietary and non-proprietary freezing orders), has led to an in depth understanding of the relationship between civil and criminal IP enforcement.
