Caseworker
Current- Works effectively and compassionately with adults and children with social, economic or health issues. - Helps coordinate care and services for families and individuals. - Liaises with the courts, schools and human service professionals to develop individualized treatment plans. - Monitors and adapts service plans as necessary to assure the most positive outcome possible. - Provides mandated family-oriented social services. - Monitors and documents client progress toward service goals and objectives. - Facilitates child safety and promote family stability. - Completed Foundation I & II and CPS response training. - Coursework in case work documentation, progress notes, and family assessment and service plan training with foster care (FASP). - Coursework in supporting normative experiences and applying the reasonable and prudent parent standard.
