I am an incentives lawyer specialising in advising companies on the legal, regulatory and tax aspects of implementing incentive plans for their employees. I have over 10 years’ experience advising businesses on design, implementation and disclosure of employee incentive schemes. I have advised a wide range of businesses, including listed companies, AIM companies, private companies and overseas companies looking to incentivise their UK employees. I also have particular expertise and interest in the regulatory aspects of remuneration at financial services firms.I am qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, having trained at Pinsent Masons, am also a qualified chartered accountant (ACA), having trained at KPMG.
