Whilst at Aon Hewitt, I specialised in providing advice to employers sponsoring occupational pension plans. I oversaw the expansion of the Corporate Pensions Consulting team in Bristol - a team which I led - between 2007 and 2013. An integral part of this role was sitting on the UK management team for this national P&L. As a partner within this team, I provided employers with pragmatic advice regarding the management and financing of their pension scheme liabilities.I carried out the role of Local Leader for the Bristol office for a period of 4 1/2 years, and in 2011 I oversaw the integration of the two local offices following the Aon Hewitt merger. Following this merger, I was responsible for heading up the office which consisted of about 200 employees.
