Research Assistant
CurrentAs a Research Assistant with Dr. Joel Snyder at UNLV, I have had the opportunity to conduct research on the affective neuroscience of musicality and auditory processing, embracing both review and experimental approaches to advance our understanding of these topics. I am currently co-authoring a paper exploring how individual traits correlate with musical and non-musical affective experiences, building on my experience in academic writing and data analysis. Additionally, I have played a key role in human EEG studies, managing participant preparation, experimental setup, and data acquisition. This experience has strengthened my expertise in auditory neuroscience and cognitive function, deepening my understanding of experimental research methodologies.
