Throughout my life I have always enjoyed activities that were detailed and well-structured. This carried over into my professional career as an eCommerce manager where meticulous detail was imperative to optimize SEO and maintain an accurate online catalog. This detail-oriented approach enabled me to grow sales from 5 to 7 figures in only a few years.Returning to run my family owned business I found a passion for developing internal controls to ensure compliance with state and local regulatory guidelines. This newly discovered passion later led me to pursue a career helping cannabis dispensaries develop and maintain practices and procedures to comply with constantly evolving state and local laws.When I'm not taking a deep dive into some spreadsheets, or reading through regulatory guidelines, I like to spend as much time outdoors as possible. I'm just as happy at the beach as I am hiking Lake Tahoe or snowboarding in Utah. I find staying active and enjoying time outdoors leaves me feeling refreshed and ready to focus.
