I have continued to progress within our organisation, and am now part of our leadership team and involved in the day-to-day running of RSM. Alongside this, I lead our General Insurance team, which encompasses a terrific mixture of people and talent. Our team provides insurance broking services for a variety of clientele. I personally look after the insurance and risk management requirements of some of RSM's largest and most important clients, and enjoy rolling up the sleeves to get the job done. I have been responsible for setting up and managing the operation of RSM Group's Wholesale Broking Facility into London. We are a market exclusively available for brokerages that are part of the Steadfast network. The products we offer are: heavy motor/machinery and broadform liability insurances, both of which we have a very broad risk appetite. Being small and nimble, and with our security being a variety of Syndicates in Lloyd's of London, we have the flexibility and expertise to tailor insurance products for whatever the client of a broker requires. It has been a lot of hard work and a big test of patience at times but I am starting to see the fruits of my labour. With other products in the pipeline, and having the pleasure of dealing with both our London agent and the various brokers in the Steadfast network, it is a unique and very exciting position to be in.
