After starting my career recruiting commercial photographers globally, I transitioned to Creative Talent Acquisition for VSA Partners. Eventually expanding my role to lead VSA Partners’ Talent Team, which consisted of Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, and Employee Experience specialties.My love of combining art and science led me to a newly created Talent Operations role at Colle McVoy where I continued to grow my expertise in strategic staff planning, organizational development, and transforming employee experiences. I focused on operational excellence by introducing new ways of working, streamlining processes, and partnering on the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning software. I joined McCann Health NJ in 2022 to help roll out end-to-end Resource Management. In January of 2023, I expanded my role by becoming the Resource Management Product Lead for IPG Health's Production Intelligence team.
