I am a commercially minded business leader with a proven track record of client satisfaction, developing new business opportunities and successfully growing profitable account teams.My early career was as an actuarial subject matter expert and strong technical deliverer. I worked across a broad range of topics and held statutory actuarial roles in UK Life insurance. I also co-authored the first actuarial paper on the new realistic balance sheet regime in 2003 and was a regular presenter at industry events on with-profits business and regulatory developments.Since the start of 2008 I have been increasingly focused on managing key accounts in the UK and globally. In some cases my responsibilities encompassed the totality of service offerings provided by Willis Towers Watson. Around that time I also became a member of our UK Life Management Team contributing to all aspects of our business performance.Major achievements during the past ten years include: leading high profile consulting assignments that have shaped the UK life insurance industry; the relaunch of our insurance company finance transformation proposition that has helped insurers realise substantial benefits through faster, better and cheaper reporting processes; spearheading major sales and unlocking key accounts; and coaching our senior team and next generation of leaders.In May 2019, I became EMEA Regional Sales & Practice Development Leader for our Insurance Consulting & Technology business, responsible for sales effectiveness, client relationship management, proposition development and broad go-to-market activities in all the insurance markets we serve across EMEA.
