I am an experienced senior professional services leader with particular expertise in business development, stakeholder engagement and team building. My key focus is in coaching and mentoring senior executives.I have over 30 years experience both in Australia and internationally (United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada). I have held a number of leadership and senior executive roles with organisations operating in areas such as marketing, sales leadership/CRM consulting and executive search and selection.During this time I have worked with clients across a highly diverse number of industries. It is through this exposure that I bring a breadth/depth of experience and expertise to my work.I have throughout my career developed a passion for and commitment to assisting people to achieve successful outcomes in their careers. Although my coaching experience was initially gained during my time leading groups of executives, it was my involvement in facilitating and implementing sales leadership workshops and the ten years I spent in executive search that my work in this area became a key focus. It was here that I worked closely with candidates and the evolution of their careers.More recently I have been working specifically in the field of coaching and mentoring, in both assisting executives to improve their operational effectiveness, as well as providing support for those transitioning their careers.
