A former Head of Counter Terrorism at New Scotland Yard (2011-2016) and terrorism expert witness, Richard Walton has many years experience designing and delivering successful security strategies for countering threats and mitigating risks. He has also worked on stabilisation and capacity building in fragile states. He is a Distinguished Fellow at the security think tank Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) and also serves on two boards: Parole Board Review Committee & Chair of The Educational Frontier Trust (TEFT).
