Accountable for exploring the potential for IoT within BT (e.g. fleet telematics and asset tracking), but a particular focus on developing BT's IoT Smart Buildings vertical. Managed the initial phase of running trials in over 20 BT buildings (from data centres to EE retail stores), exploring use-cases from energy saving and remote water quality monitoring, to office space utilisation, and enhancing workplace productivity. Role included trials design and management, procurement, financial modelling, supplier management, solutions architecture and Board-level presentations on findings.
