    After spending 10 years in advertising agencies, I decided to apply what I had learnt in the marketing world with my own money and setup a coffee/sandwich bar. We won several awards, including Best Sandwich Bar in Britain twice in 2009 & 2011. A feat never achieved by anyone before or since. We wrote a book in 2009 (see below), and after developing a franchise model in 2010, sold up in late 2012 after being tempted back to the wonderful world of advertising.
