Technology Assistant
CurrentProvide desktop and network support for faculty, staff, and students at campuses within the school district.Install, troubleshoot and repair operating systems, software, hardware, peripherals, and network wiring.Manage network accounts and computer accounts in Active Directory. Manage complete technologyequipment inventory and report accountable inventory.Prioritize and respond to support request tickets for hardware, software and network connectivity issuesand coordinate corrective action. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain hardware, software, peripherals, and network wiring.Install additional network premise wiring as necessary. Repair, upgrade, and/or rebuild computerhardware or peripherals. Maintain accurate inventory of all district equipment and accountableequipment. Maintain network accounts and ensure Acceptable Use Policy compliance for all users.Provide end user training as required.Coordinate and resolve warranty work with vendor tech support. Maintain, summarize and providerecords and research data as required. Maintain documentation of technology department equipment and procedures.Facilitated the high school level LPSD Robotics Club and founded makerspaces at each of the five schools in the district.
