It’s very easy for me to empathise with my clients. After many years’ experience as a construction/manufacturing/house-builder industry Sales and Marketing Director, I am now co-founder of a specialist recruitment consultancy, DallasWylde. Harnessing my experiences of recruitment best practice as both a client and candidate, I now work in partnership with construction/manufacturing/house-builder industry clients to find the perfect candidates for their recruitment needs. One of the areas I found most frustrating as a client and candidate was the lack of timely, thorough feedback from recruitment agencies. As a result, I have committed to giving swift, detailed and frank feedback to both clients and candidates. I am only interested in building long-term business relationships, based on trust and respect, with both companies looking for high-performing employees and with candidates looking for that next exciting challenge. I am not looking for quick wins and DallasWylde actively discourages sales techniques that could make the client feel uneasy.
