CurrentProviding IT Support Services and IT Training to all companies and employees in the Demant (Hearing) family (Americas Region).The Demant family includes vast groups of multi-branded organizations, serving in hearing healthcare services and manufactured products, helping patients and customers achieve a life-changing hearing experience, all over the world.Note: Formerly a part of DGS (Demant Group Services): a shared services company to support the multi-branded strategy of the Demant family.Primary designation: North Americas (not limited to).Roles and Responsibilities are as follows:- Provide In-Person, on-site support for users in Demant corporate and wholesale users.- Provide Phone-support for HearingLife/HearingCare retail users in clinics, and remote users.- Perform user/system administration, solution-based projects, etc.Support coverage areas may include:- Client-end software/applications in Windows environments. W10 Azure, RD, AX, CRM, SCCM, Citrix.- User administration/set-up. Account permissions, Exchange/Microsoft-Teams, Active Directory.- Network Support, consisting of client-end hardware/software, LAN/WLAN, and VPN.- Microsoft Office365 Administration and End-User support for Demant employees.- Please inquire for additional information.
