•Responsible for complete life cycle of recruitment.•Getting requirements from the Division / Dept Heads.•Close follow up with the candidates to assist them on board with us at the earliest•Facilitating the screening process by conducting Aptitude Test, Skill Test, Preliminary interview and HR interview.
