My 20 years plus experience as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist spans role in external consultancy (e.g. JCA, Aon Water for Fish), internal consultancy (e.g. Shell) and specialist research (e.g. whilst working for the UK MoD's defence research organisation DERA (now Dstl). I have partnered with organisations in the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East. I am most proud of my work as a pioneer of revolutionary people development that transforms mindset and delivers sticky performance change. My work with STEM talent won the 2014 Civil Service Skills Award and was a 2016 finalist for the Association of Business Psychology (Talent Programme Award) and Personnel Today (Excellence in L&D and Best HR Supplier Partnership).
