- ICND is a leader in the vacation rental space developing cutting edge booking engine integrations with Homeaway, Escapia, Barefoot and many others. I was involved with the research, planning and implementation of their latest vacation rental software, designed from the ground up to increase bookings by making the sites more SEO and mobile friendly. - I was responsible for all aspects of production, support and new product development. My position also afforded me the opportunity to work with and assist other departments such as sales, project management and marketing. By working directly with these other areas of the company I assisted in finding communication gaps and provided several successful technical and personal solutions.- I enjoyed using technology on a daily basis to solve problems, decrease inefficiencies and improve the overall project management process.
