Rich has cultivated TPN’s impressive client list, including PepsiCo, Clorox, Hershey, Walmart, Bank of America, AT&T and Grupo Bimbo, playing a key role in building clients’ businesses and brands. This resulted in achieving a 90% referral rate and an average 17-year client retention. His leadership around TPN SOUL, a value and operating system based on five pillars (curiosity, empathy, collaboration, respect, and drive) fueled competitive advantage and employee/client loyalty and trust.
