Derived from the Italian root of the word 'salon,’ the SALA Series brings together a broad spectrum of senior-level business executives and influential figures as a way to connect, engage and spark change.
As such, SALA provides an efficient marketplace for brand and business development amongst its members. Example programming includes:
- Dinner Series: Intimate gatherings of up to 35 members at unique venues in key markets globally
- Digital: Themed round table discussions of ten or fewer participants
- Experiential: Both hospitality and community-driven experiences
- Summits: Larger scale programs that bring together the entire SALA community
Intrinsic to SALA's mission is to provide support for a group of extraordinary nonprofit partners; entities that also receive funding via the SALA Grant program; funds derived from individual and corporate membership dues.
Another way SALA helps drive long-term impact is via the SALA Fellows program; a personal and professional development program for a group of remarkable next generation leaders from underrepresented minority communities. These Fellows participate in a dedicated yearlong curriculum and benefit from network connections with other Fellows as well as the community overall.
