In 2013 and 2014 I led information and communication technology security projects for customers in the Middle East. That work included program management, technical leadership and team building. In 2014 I established two international operating companies.

Led a a team of 65+ Computer and Network security technologists during a time of explosive company growth.

• Led teams with broad skill sets including: design engineers, software developers, technical writers, product testers, broadcast engineers and product support staff. • Directly responsible for Portable People Meter™, (PPM™) commercialization in international markets, four years ahead of the Arbitron US roll-out of the technology. • Regularly interacted with Arbitron and customer C-level executives.• Orchestrated competitive PPM™ measurement system wins in nine countries. • Became the expert at communicating the company’s technology capabilities to internal and external audiences, affording the opportunity to make client presentations across the globe.• Managed multiple cost centers, responsible for expense and revenue reporting for the international business.• Directed commercial PPM™ product rollouts in Canada, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Iceland, Denmark and Norway.• Led successful market trials in numerous countries.• Created a functional engineering requirements process for Arbitron.• Conceptualized product enhancements needed for new and ongoing business.• Wrote Proposals/Tenders, including a large Canadian TV ratings contract win.• Responsibilities included: technical-marketing, creation of product requirements and continuing-engineering for Arbitron technology products.
