The Willandra Lakes Region World Heritage Area Advisory Committee gives advice on the identification, protection, conservation, presentation and transmission of the outstanding universal values of the Willandra Lakes Region World Heritage Area to future generations.

Destination Riverina Murray is one of six Destination Networks established to increase visitation and contribute towards achieving the NSW Government’s overnight visitor expenditure goal for 2020. Destination Riverina Murray is the destination manager and facilitates visitor economy growth through effective representation and coordination of the region’s tourism industry. Core responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing the region’s Destination Management Plan and business plan- Working with local government and industry on product development, including investment attraction.- Collaborating with Destination NSW on marketing and communications activity for ‘hero’ destinations, experiences, events and festivals and regional campaigns.- Working with the Destination NSW Zone Manager and the Regional Conferencing Unit.- Exploring industry development initiatives including conferencing and local industry education and training needs for small to medium sized tourism operators.- Assisting local industry to prepare Regional Visitor Economy Fund applications and undertake initial assessments of the region’s contestable fund applications in collaboration with Destination NSW.

Robinson Economic Development is engaged across both the public and private sector and specialises in developing project concepts to be shovel ready and suitably positioned to secure finance through mutually beneficial funding partnerships with Government. - Develop concepts by establishing a business case and assessing viability - Undertake cost benefit analysis and determine the return on investment- Align projects with grant funding opportunities and secure the necessary funding partners- Develop submissions for grant funding- Lobby government to initiate and progress key projects- Lead negotiations to establish public-private partnerships- Explore opportunities to realise full potential of commercial real estate and increase return- Develop economic development strategies and plans

- Develop strategies to encourage increased development- Establish funding partnerships with stakeholders across both the public and private sector- Develop projects of economic value and secure funding partners through grant funding opportunities- Build strong relationships with regional, State and Federal Government departments- Provide research and advice to facilitate investment in the region- Influence and affect improvements to planning policy and strategy- Lead a team of 8 direct reports- Manage the implementation of Wagga Wagga's visitor economy strategy, including the Visitor Information Centre's operations- Develop digital and traditional marketing tools for the region, including visitor guide, website, travel app and social media campaigns

- Market the city as a place to live, work and invest.- Development promotional material to encourage investment.- Represent the city at local business and industry forums. 
- Develop and deliver economic development strategies and master plans.
