Responsible for all electrical maintenance on elevators including rehabilitation projects. Primary responsibilities included but not limited to; mainline, cab lights, hall call disconnects and A/C unites. Installed new ATS system as well as changing out ATS circuits. In addition, installed fire line pipping in hoist way and control room, installed.

Supervised a crew of 7 consisting of journeyman and helper electricians, under water divers, laborers, equipment operators. Primary job responsibilities included the rehabilitation of drawbridges, start up for water treatment plant and water levy. Duties included; removing all existing pipe and circuits. Managed blueprints including, redlining drawings.

Maintained draw bridges across the state of Florida. Duties included, troubleshooting drawbridge malfunctions, running new circuits for span locks, limit switches, navigation lights, hydraulic power units and motors. Performed generator performance tests, meg testing on all wiring throughout the bridges as well as replaced traffic gates and hydraulic motors.

Performed corrective repairs on commercial and residential buildings. Factory electrical maintenance and repair and installation. Repaired AC circuits, 3-phase circuits (480 and 240 volt). Install, maintain, repair, and replace wiring, conduits, outlets, switches (wall, three-way, dimmer), lighting fixtures (surface and recessed), halogen lighting.

Mounting devices, drilling caissons, installation of required equipment, wiring of equipment, trouble shooting and integration of required equipment. Worked with and directing field crew while following project requirements. Communicating project progress with project management and other personnel.

Responsible for Running conduit, installing switch gear, MCC and VFD's, high and low voltage terminations.

Run conduit, Low level programming, ladder logic and troubleshooting. Job duties included, but were not limited to, electrical trouble shooting, control wiring, welding, fabrication, power distribution and other miscellaneous electrical and mechanical work.

Ran conduit and worked to meet current electrical codes and company policies and practices. Rewired, installed and performed preventative maintenance on electrical panels, switches and distribution systems. Performed corrective repairs on commercial and residential buildings. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers etc.
