Participates in the development of the Interactive Courseware (ICW) with Articulate Storyline. Interfaces daily with other members of the development team, including NAVFAC Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) personnel, IDs, Lead IDs, project manager, graphic artists, and programmers. My responsibilities included the documentation of help files, end user guides, and training material for the software pproducts developed at Pilgrim Software. Was one of the trainers training on the SmartTrain product produced by Pilgrim Software
