Led a $30M contract to deploy key facilities, infrastructure, systems, licensing, and tools to establish the Kessel Run Run Experimentation Lab, the Air Force’s premier “software factory,” delivering end-to-end managed services and modernization solutions.

Led strategic economic and counter-intelligence and analysis efforts with more than 70 Intelligence and cyber-security professionals to produce detailed threat assessments and actionable countermeasures to support real-world, commercial and DoD priorities. Defined and implement LEAN process and quality initiatives to optimize communications and production delivery times.

Led Global Operations that included Contracts, PMO, Supply Chain, Help Desk, Technical Support and Customer Success delivering emerging and integrated services across five continents. Planned, budgeted and re-tooled critical information systems (i.e. Salesforce) and streamlined process to establish Wyless as a world-class provider of Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) products and services across automotive, healthcare, telecom, energy and utilities, insurance, transportation, and retail industries. Successfully implemented continuous improvement and quality initiatives and later led the re-organization to re-shape and downsize Operations to reduce OPEX necessary to better position Wyless for acquisition.

Organized multi-million dollar new business/capture proposals and delivered specific engineering and technical management solutions for DoD programs including Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS II) and Engineering & Technology Acquisition Support Services Follow-on (ETASS II) contracts and C2, Battle Management, ISR, and Cyber projects at the AF Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), AF Materiel Command (AFMC) at Hanscom AFB, MA. Also managed joint Intelligence and security support programs and led business development with various US defense and Intelligence agencies.

Reorganized Operations for the Human Terrain System, a $140M Army Program, training and deploying more than 400 personnel in 40+ teams to enhance threat assessments and decision-making by military, NGOs and international partners and security organizations throughout Iraq and Afghanistan. Deployed to Afghanistan as the Sr. Intelligence Officer (G2) supporting country-wide engineering, security and humanitarian operations. Expert in Six Sigma process and quality management and implemented new process and protocols for increased utilization of national collection and information systems.

Delivered comprehensive technical and business solutions to transform and optimize performance, cost and security developing new product and service portfolios for new technology ventures and pre-IPO initiatives.

Developed and executed product sales and marketing plans, successfully launching a global portfolio of managed services (PaaS/SaaS) which included enterprise Disaster Recovery and Continuity of Operations (COOP) solutions with industry-first SLA performance assurances to build a $32M Network Services Business Unit before being acquired by Telesat.

Directed project installations, technical Professional Services and global Customer Support services for Tier-I global carriers and service providers throughout North & South America. Launched the first hosted SMS PaaS solution in North America for Canadian Wireless Telecommunication Association (CWTA). Adapted SMSC and MMSC platforms to meet performance specifications for Americas and Asia Pacific regions, and developed strategic partnerships and logistics to support global customer success. Led Project Management (PMO) and Business Operations following the acquisition to streamline Operations and implement strategic performance initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and training.
