I am the first Chief Content Officer in our firm’s history, ensuring that all of our content is fully integrated with all firm leadership initiatives. By evaluating our website analytics and closely working with firm thought leaders across the country, I ensure that we meet the needs of employers by developing first-in-class practical legal insights each day. I also play a lead role in building and launching – and then supporting – our firm’s practice groups and industry teams, such as the Artificial Intelligence team. One of my favorite parts of the job is training firm attorneys on fine-tuning and strengthening their writing skills through formal development programs and informal mentoring.

I focused efforts on developing the Fisher Phillips website into the nation’s premier outlet for timely, insightful, and practical legal offerings to assist employers in navigating their day-to-day responsibilities. In doing so, I boosted our firm’s website visitors by several hundred percent, including managing a period during the early days of the pandemic that saw hundreds of thousands of pageviews per day. I also helped launch and manage the firm’s COVID-19 Taskforce and Vaccine Subcommittee to provide necessary support to workplaces across the country.

I began transforming the legal content offerings of Fisher Phillips to address the needs of employers across the nation, building a firm culture that recognizes the importance of rich and timely content offerings. I was called upon to develop and oversee our firm’s inaugural Inside Counsel Conference in 2019 and have been supervising this high-level gathering to the present day.

I oversee the administrative and technical needs of the State Referee Association, supporting all of the soccer referees in Oregon and ensuring we recruit, retain, train, and develop a talented pool of officials to help promote the beautiful game for youth and adult matches.
