BR Import Corp is a company created for the purpose of selling products on the Internet. In the beginning of the operation the focus was buying products in the overstock segment and reselling in the main US marketplaces such as e-Bay and Amazon. At the end of 2017 we expanded our operations to the Brazilian market, reselling aesthetics and automotive accessories in major marketplaces such as Mercado Livre and Lojas Americanas. In 2018, we reached the second place in sales of aesthetic automotive products with the mark of 1.5 million in sales in the Mercado Livre marketplace.At BR Import Corp, I was responsible for the implementation of the marketplace’s content management platform integrated with its own e-commerce site in the ERP Platform responsible for order, listing, inventory and logistics management. At the forefront of the entire customer service process, we have created an agile process that handles follow-up from the lead to post-sales deals, relying on Marketplaces customers and directing them to their own e-commerce site. From this agile customer service process, we have achieved the best reputation among the competitors in the automotive market. Responsible for the Falabella Digital Channel Project area, I lead project teams in the management of transformational technology projects. Among the projects managed in my area, it is worth highlighting the e-Commerce, Marketplace, Multichannel Fulfillment, Promise Delivery Engine, and Express Delivery projects. Leading project teams in Santiago de Chile and Bangalore in India, I lead multidisciplinary teams with project management professionals, Scrum Master, Agile Coath, Business Analyst, Developer Systems and Product Owners.

At Minasmáquinas/Bamaq Group, I acted as the Information Technology Manager dealing with management functions of IT support teams, infrastructure and system for administration of the computer center of the companies of Minasmáquinas/Bamaq Group. We ran a complex technological environment with corporate and business applications in a high availability data center. I lead a department composed of 15 professionals of high performance, we were the team responsible for a data center and a computational park with about twelve hundred pieces of equipment, we administered all the demands on the software, hardware and processes.We successfully implemented important technology solutions that helped to improve the business processes such as ERP, Dynamics CRM, BI, BSC, video conferencing, BYOD, virtualization of enterprise application servers, Office 365. Responsible for all telecommunications structure, we managed about 750 mobile telephone lines, 900 fixed telephone lines and 40 data circuits. We were responsible for building the Data Center of the Group. We implemented a fully redundant structure contemplating redundancy of software, hardware, electric power supply, and data circuit. At Tacom, I acted as Technology Infrastructure Manager dealing with IT staff management functions for the administration of the company’s computer center, managing complex technological environments with corporate and business applications. I was responsible for about 300 types of equipment, and responded to all the demands concerning the acquisition and maintenance of software and hardware. I was responsible for the technical design of the IT infrastructure projects of electronic ticketing. As a designer, I developed technological infrastructure projects covering the specification of logical and physical computer networks, servers, storages, workstations, network assets and other technological equipments. I designed and implemented a project to connect branches through WAN networks to delivery applications such as E-mail, intranet, ERP, CRM, BI, Video Conference, FTP, and VoIP.
