Consolidated enterprise learning while building capacity to meet the demands of the organization. Led the creation and implementation of the first: leadership development program, change management competency, continuous process improvement initiative, executive assessments, talent identification, and high potential development programs. Annually trained over 50,000 associates and managers, including 8,000 seasonal hires and 1,500 new managers.
