Initiated the development of new population monitoring criteria and procedures that were incorporated by the program Statewide. Organized, facilitated, and provided public education programs to neighborhoods and groups regularly. Addressed the concerns of numerous citizens opposed to MDA's gypsy moth control program regularly on the phone or in person in a non-confrontational manner and represented MDA as a liaison of the program to the press and public in a highly professional manner, receiving personal awards from 2 communities..
