I worked to create a brand for "The Virginia Talk Radio Network" in the competitive radio market of Roanoke/Lynchburg, Virginia with no marketing budget. I increased sales over 200 percent during my time at 3DM, implementing a client focused approach customizing plans and messages for each individual advertising partner. The strategies developed with clients was designed to compliment other forms of advertising to create a unified approach to advertising and marketing - helping clients maximize results. Integrated the sales, programming and production departments to work collectively in the best interest of the clients was a key component to successful client retention.

Roth Broadcasting LLC owned The Sportsline, which was a regionally syndicated afternoon drive sports talk show which could be heard on 9 radio stations across 3 states.
