This saved 20% of function cost p.a. and reduced embedded finance function headcount from 40%.- Created a new “Strategy Development Process” following a global reorganisation. I engaged board members as well as multiple stakeholders from across functions, geographies and cultures to create a robust multi-level strategy development and approval process. This recognised the top down and bottom up inputs as well as the matrix structure of the business. Priority was given to ensuring focus on high potential market segments as well as the ability to successfully compete.
