I manage, synchronize, and coordinate with external agencies through the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process to ensure that emerging requirements are documented. I also support the development of JCIDS capability requirements by providing input to the analysis of alternatives, DOTMPF-P analysis, and other documentation to achieve the customer's objectives successfully.

As the Chief of the Military Intelligence (MI) Warrant Officer Training Branch (WOTB), I led an instructor team of 30 Warrant Officers, Department of the Army Civilians (DAC), and Contractors for ten diverse courses, including the MI Warrant Officer Basic Course (WOBC), MI Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC), MI Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education (WOILE), and MI Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE) courses. I managed the training for approximately 550 students annually from Active, Reserve, and National Guard components and supported the DOTD with the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine (TRADOC) modernization efforts.

As the Director of the 35F1O All-Source Intelligence Committee, I led the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command's (TRADOC) fifth-largest advanced individual training. I managed a staff of 156 cadre, including NCOs, Department of the Army Civilians (DACs), and Contractors, and oversaw the training of 2000 Soldiers across all three Army service components. I ensured that Soldiers were trained in 11 critical MOS tasks using analog and digital instructional systems and supervised the ADDIE process as the committee transitioned to an updated instructional program.

As the Senior Warrant Officer Advisor for the 2nd ROK/US Combined Infantry Division, I provided focused all-source analysis to the Commanding General and senior staff members. I built and presented executive-level products to facilitate management and situational awareness. I liaised with organizations throughout the intelligence enterprise to maintain a combined intelligence picture of North Korea. I managed the professional development and analytical training of 13 Warrant Officers and 25 intelligence analysts.

Conducted the coaching, mentoring, and training of more than 450 company grade, field grade, and senior Field grade Warrant Officers to serve in critical positions within a joint, inter-organizational and multinational operational environment. Developed and implemented lesson plans and updated training support materials to facilitate content development and maintain course relevancy to evolving Army doctrine and requirements.

As the deputy for the Analysis and Production Division, United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), I scheduled the day-to-day operations of over 120 personnel; administered the timely, relevant, and accurate intelligence support to special operations, the commander and staff, theater special operations command, and deployed special operations forces; guided manpower and resources to meet deliberate and emergent production requirements, promoted unconventional warfare related activities; managed production responsibilities as part of a national-level Defense Intelligence Analysis Program.

The senior military intelligence analyst for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) with a principal focus on leading the USSOCOM J2's Syrian crisis team. I supervised five military and seven civilian intelligence analysts. I provided strategic and operational intelligence support regarding the Syrian crisis to inform the USSOCOM command team, directorates, and Theater Special Operations Commands. I also participated in planning efforts with USCENTCOM, USEUCOM, SOCCENT, and SOCEUR as USSOCOM's Syrian SME.

As the Group's Intelligence Chief, I was responsible for the fusion of intelligence and analysis to meet the Group Commander's intelligence requirements. I provided intelligence support to five Battalion Command Teams, 12 Special Forces Operational Detachment - Bravo, and 71 Special Forces Operational Detachment – Alpha. I mentored 16 NCOs and soldiers within the MI detachments across the SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, HUMINT, and CI disciplines. During my tenure, I managed the processing, analyzing, and dissemination of intelligence products across the PACOM/CENTCOM AORs. I provided technical recommendations and assistance on intelligence-related matters to the Group command team.

As the Division's Senior All-Source Intelligence Technician, I identified, analyzed, and prioritized intelligence capabilities to meet the Commanding General's (CG) requirements in a combat environment. I led a team of 12 intelligence analysts and two warrant officers in building and disseminating intelligence products derived from SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, and MASINT. This facilitated situational awareness and decision-making by synchronizing the analytical exchange between single-source and all-source analysts to satisfy the CG’s PIRs and integrating the intelligence assessments with subordinate organizations and higher headquarters.
