“Improvisation is intuition in action, a way to discover the muse and learn to respond” -Stephen NachmanovitchI fell in love with improvisation in college in Florida. I chased it to Chicago. Eventually we moved in together.I’ve since traveled America and the world as a Facilitator of corporate workshops and as a performer and teacher. I’ve written ad copy on major campaigns. I’ve directed, written and performed hours and hours of comedy content. I’ve designed curriculum to help professionals and students find and perfect their voice. And improvisation has remained at the root of everything I do. My goal is to continue to help individuals and organizations unleash their abilities to communicate, innovate and collaborate; to empower them to present with confidence and authenticity; and to embody those qualities in my own creative and business efforts.
