As a Practice Lead I oversaw the design, development, and delivery of targeted solutions with a focus on: Strategy & Operations, Organizational Transformation, and Project/Program Management. My role also required leadership with regard to: strategic practice operations (oversight of practitioners from Analyst to Senior Manager), performance management, client engagement, talent acquisition, and offering development. Worked in partnership with Public Schools, YMCA's, Community Centers, and youth oriented programs to address and improve student levels of physical fitness. I directed the operations of a national installation team along with product improvement initiatives. My role also included the development of workshops and in-services to equip teachers and program owners to personally utilize and implement the product.

Supported clients in the design/build process for fully custom homes. This included pre-construction through occupancy. In my role I managed all aspects of the project from end-to-end including timeline, budget, and quality.

My experience serviced students ranging from low socio-economic and under-performing schools to state recognized Blue Ribbon schools. I educated students in the classroom with an emphasis on math and science. Outside of the classroom I was a multi-sport coach, and supported tutoring and enrichment experiences. In addition, I led internal initiatives related to district-wide curriculum design, test readiness, and classroom innovation. I also served as my building grade level lead teacher, district grade level lead, and regional lead representing my district at the state level. In addition, I coached basketball, track, tennis, and supported extra-curricular activities.
