As a forward-thinking leader with some 14 years of experience, I have managed several NGOs andhave extensive expertise in leading multi-stakeholder initiatives. In my most recent role as ExecutiveDirector of the Coalition for Clear Vision, I positively contributed to initiating and implementingstructural change. I did this by taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of each member,using an evidence-based approach to addressing structural issues and empowering local membersto overcome barriers.For me, there is no one right way, but rather the ability to look at things closely and develop theability to take a complex, structural and analytical approach to guide your actions and the actions ofthose around you. Here are some other examples of my work and achievements:- Managed the growth of Wikimedia Deutschland from 4 to 70 employees and from €400,000to €14 million in donations in 5 years.- As CEO of the Open Knowledge Foundation, I led the transition from founder to executivemanagement team. Successfully raised over $4 million from foundations including OmidyarNetwork, Hewlett Foundation and others.
