As a forward-thinking leader with some 14 years of experience, I have managed several NGOs andhave extensive expertise in leading multi-stakeholder initiatives. In my most recent role as ExecutiveDirector of the Coalition for Clear Vision, I positively contributed to initiating and implementingstructural change. I did this by taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of each member, using an evidence-based approach to addressing structural issues and empowering local membersto overcome barriers. For me, there is no one right way, but rather the ability to look at things closely and develop theability to take a complex, structural and analytical approach to guide your actions and the actions ofthose around you. Successfully raised over $4 million from foundations including OmidyarNetwork, Hewlett Foundation and others. Defined a clear purpose for the organization andbuilt a virtual team of 38 people.- Before that, I worked for ten years in national and international managing consulting companies, witha focus on software implementations in banks, as well as sales and management.Competencies:Global project and team management ⬥ organizational turnaround ⬥ structural systems analysis ⬥multi-stakeholder initiative management ⬥ IT/digitization ⬥ change management, team building ⬥fundraising and resource allocation ⬥ financial management ⬥ budgeting ⬥ Labor, association, foundation and tax law.
