WHO We are three passionate people with 85 combined years of experience in companies, movements and organisations. We believe in shifting power and creating equitable organisations and systems. We are also agnostic to organisational forms and approaches - non-profit, business, coalition, movement, or hybrid. The work is not only about doing good; it is also about running good organisations that are good to people. WHY Our world is facing multiple crises - poverty, climate change, violence, inequity…. Insular solutions fail, one after the other. Many communities and organisations are beginning to understand that systemic change is needed. But then what is our role and our purpose? We believe that change happens with ourselves first - through the way we ask questions, collaborate, fundraise and govern our organisations. WHAT Understanding the system we are trying to improve. Imagining what is possible. What does good look like? Rethinking our role and the way we behave in a system - with communities, allies, and funders. Finding resources beyond money. Creating a Theory of Change that is ambitious and actionable. Unleashing change at scale. HOW Our team is there for your team as a (re)think-partner. We guide through systems analysis, clarifying your organisation’s purpose and role and the roles of others. You will identify where the system is stuck and what can be done about it. We work with you to create tools and products that empower your team and the communities you are serving, and help you advocate. We walk with you as you align strategy with values, resources and capacity.
