One of the original designers / analysts / programmers of new asset management product line. Participated in group design reviews; wrote multiple language parsers. Effectively incorporated into team several programmers transitioning from other areas in the company, some of whom had no prior background in object-oriented design or C++. My team brought release 1.0 to completion on time in August of 1997. Travelled to several of the initial customer sites to provide implementation assistance and on-site debugging.

Lead programmer / analyst in restructuring of the installation process for all Compuware products. Responsible for the design, coding, and testing of new and modified structured IBM Assembler code, TSO CLISTs, ISPF EDIT MACRO's, and JCL, as well as investigating ways to simplify product installation procedures.

Responsible for all installations of Centura products (XPEDITER, NAVIGATOR, SQLizer) at customer sites. Managerial duties included planning, budgeting, organizing, directing, and staffing three groups (a total of 9 employees) in San Jose, Minneapolis, and New Jersey.
