Transitioned the international marine fuel oil desk from the Shell International Eastern Trading Company in Singapore to local management upon the sale of Shell Australia's downstream assets to Vitol. Tasks included managing both reference and formula based pricing for key customers, re-evaluating and uploading monthly changes in cost of goods and providing strategic pricing support in response to large customer tenders and RFPs. Provided systematic pricing advice to numerous stakeholders including the Specialties and Lubricants Business Manager, Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and customers. Mentored a summer intern during her project to implement price risk management. This role required strong attention to detail, robust stakeholder management abilities and an external focus mindset.

Worked with businesses and general consumers in finding viable and tailored telecommunications solutions. Dealt expertly with escalated consumer complaints and worked closely with management to improve Telstra’s overall customer experience rating. This role required a high degree of courage and confidence, great people and communication skills, process efficiency, an intimate knowledge of Telstra’s internal database and systems and a strong want to achieve.

Performed a complete review of the Tasmanian supply chain for Shell Downstream S&D which culminated in developing a forward looking 10 year supply strategy plan. Review focussed heavily on analysing Buy/Sell strategies, local coastal shipping constraints/capabilities and secondary transport/distributor options. Investigated Shell's legal position as a JV terminal operator and presented final project to the S&D leadership team and the S&D GM.
