Management of all aspects of the credit card insurance portfolio (i.e. Zurich via master agreements with banks provided the bank's premium credit card cardholders with complimentary insurances such as overseas travel insurance), including writing policy wordings, underwriting the programme, coordinating internal departments and relationship management of the individual programmes with major Australian and New Zealand banks either directly with the bank or via key international brokers.

Managed the regional NSW operation, including relationship management and delivery of services to NSW country brokers, the coaching and development of the Newcastle team (1 x Business development Manager {BDM} & 5 x underwriters) and BDMs in Orange and Coffs Harbor and development and implementation of sales and retention business plans.

Management of Zurich's taxi insurance portfolio and credit card insurance portfolio including development and implementation of the relationship and sales plans with Australian and New Zealand banks (either directly with the bank or via key international brokers), major taxi companies and state and national taxi councils.

During this time I was involved in the establishment of a number of new areas and service teams. A brief outline of my achievements follows:• Establishing an insurance sales, service and claims area within the bank.• Lending Officer• Establishing and overseeing the Bank’s ATM customer/staff support area, computer operations and processing area. Part of, which was the introduction of a 24 hours help desk to cater for the introduction of the Bank’s Point of Sale Terminals.
