State-of-the-art facilities in El Paso, TX, Spartanburg, SC, and Englewood, CO, use advanced diagnostic tools and automated equipment to test, refurbish and redistribute hardware to customers.In charge of the 3rd shift production team consisting of 7 supervisors and 130+ indirect reports.Responsibilities:Manages the planning, development, design, and implementation of assigned program, including tracking schedules, issues, and tasks.Monitors program expenditures against budget.Ensures direction and support to assure effectiveness and efficiency of program.Implements monitoring systems for evaluation purposes.Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate activities and efficiency of employees in a production work cell for the repair and refurbishing of satellite TV receivers.Review productivity of employees on a daily basis for accuracy and compliance with established procedures, and determine workload for team members.Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.Trace history of unresolved issues to determine reasons for errors or needed corrections and recommend remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.Other responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Conduct daily and weekly meetings with team members.Capable of performing all job duties of direct reports at a high level of proficiency.Directly responsible for exempt/non-exempt staff. Is responsible for the performance of subordinates.

Provide oversight of all logistics, purchasing, and staff involved in day to day operations of the warehouse including system implementation, inventory control, expense control, and fixed asset system, procurement of product, distribution process, and maintenance of durable medical and respiratory equipment. Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols. Work with Safety Officer to plan, develop, and implement warehouse health and safety programs to assure compliance with all OSHA regulations. Maintain positive warehouse performance results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Provide support for Windows operating systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and performance improvement for software and hardware. Provide support for laptops, desktops, cell phones, and Cisco VoIP system. Document technical procedures and log all help desk interactions. Keep track of and route issues; document resolutions. Maintain inventory and replacement schedule for computers, printers, mobile phones. Provide training in the Microsoft Office Suite for staff. Maintain and update the Intranet web site. Provide on-call support.

Greet customers and advise on computers in general, computer parts, and computer repair. Sell repair services and software for walk-in clients with computer issues. Perform diagnostic services and repairs on desktops and laptops. Build computers for clients and advise on component selection. Install different types of component upgrades. Inform clients of status on repairs and upon completion.

Diagnose and repair walk-in computers including software and hardware. Install and set up new computers. Provide customer service and advice on computer purchases. Stock and organize merchandise. Perform sales clerk duties.
